Solora frequently asked questions

What is Solora?

Solora is both a solar design, engineering, and project-delivery services company and the software platform used to coordinate that work.

Who is the software pilot for?

Solar EPCs and contractors that want to operate the full project-management platform and its self-service design and engineering tools can apply.

What access do Solora Energy service customers receive?

Customers that hire Solora receive a project-specific portal for the work Solora is delivering. Customer access does not include the full EPC operator workspace or unrestricted self-service tools.

Is the pricing on this site final?

No. Pricing labels are candidate plans used for product discovery. A plan is not active until Solora confirms scope and access with your organization.

Is a pilot application a purchase?

No. A pilot application is a request for review. It does not create an order, subscription, payment authorization, or guarantee of acceptance.

How is access handled?

The workspace uses authenticated, role-aware routing. Staff, customers, subcontractors, and partners receive separate surfaces appropriate to their relationship.

Can I bring my existing workflow?

Yes. Pilot conversations focus on your current delivery stages, handoffs, and records so fit can be assessed before access is offered.
